Imaging Advantage is seeking radiologists for our sites across the U.S. We are seeking general radiologists as well as specialists in Interventional Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, Musculoskeletal- and Neuro-Imaging, and Pediatric Radiology.

Imaging Advantage is also seeking teleradiologists who are licensed in multiple states, including Arizona, California, Kentucky, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon, Texas and others.

Executive Assistant/Office Manager - Santa Monica, CA

Position Title:        Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Reports To: 
       CEO, President/COO and SVP/General Counsel
Location:        Santa Monica, CA

The Executive Assistant’s primary responsibility is the support of three executives in the Santa Monica, CA headquarters of the Company; the CEO, the President, and the General Counsel.  In addition, the EA will also manage the day to day operations of the Santa Monica office.  

Primary Responsibilities:
•    Schedule and organize meetings and travel for the Executives
•    Manage calendars for the Executives
•    Create/develop/edit presentations for clients, board of directors, and other critical presentations using PowerPoint and similar tools
•    Create and manage filing system
•    Draft general correspondence for Executives, as requested
•    Draft documents, including marketing materials
•    Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including purchase office supplies, furniture, and equipment for the SM office
•    Oversee maintenance and alteration of the Company’s new office space  (i.e. coordinate with the building management for repairs, etc. as needed.

Qualifications:
•    High School Diploma - Bachelors Degree preferred
•    3+ years experience supporting C Level Executives or Attorneys
•    Excellent organization skills with high attention to detail
•    Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
•    Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
•    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate
•    Professional demeanor and attitude
•    Ability to handle situations with poise, tact and diplomacy
•    Ability to work in a high energy, team environment
•    Proven ability to be flexible when managing and prioritizing multiple demands from multiple constituents
•    Ability to effectively interact with high level professionals (executives, directors) both internally and externally
•    Proven ability to be proactive in accomplishing tasks
